"Matthew deserves a billion stars!!! For years, my husband and I had a goal to move back to western MA where I grew up. After interviewing a LOT of realtors, I knew that Matthew was our guy. We needed to sell our home in RI in order to purchase a home in MA. Most realtors were very pessimistic about doing a sell-to-buy transaction in a low inventory market, but Matthew was practical and willing to make it happen.

When we started looking at homes, he went above and beyond to get us information about each property, even calling my cell phone at 8am in the morning to let us know about an open house cancellation (before we had officially signed with him.) When we started looking in person, he showed us everything we needed to see. He coordinated virtual showings to save me a 3+ hour round trip drive and help narrow things down.

When we found our property, he helped us move quickly and our first offer got accepted! The sellers proved incredibly difficult to work with and we did NOT have an easy closing process. Matthew stuck with us every step of the way and was incredibly helpful and supportive. There were so many times when this transaction could have fallen apart, but he held it together with us and was always available to talk things through, even when it was just for stress management. We all lost some sleep and it went right down to the 11th hour, but we finally closed on the property yesterday and we're in our new house!

This process was so challenging, and we literally could not have done it without Matthew. He did everything right and we knew we could trust him 1000% to act in our best interest. I will seriously never work with another realtor again for the rest of my life. I'm so grateful and I cannot recommend his services enough."
