Many people think a REALTOR® is there just to open doors. You will never know the benefits of having a great REALTOR® until you experience it. What makes a great REALTOR®? Knowledge, communication and trust - I believe these are the three most important things I provide to my clients. I strive every day to learn something new about real estate, whether it is a new app that provides property details on the fly, how to fully understand a new document that may soon be in use, or maybe just the pros/cons of different types of flooring or roofing material. Additionally, a requirement of being a REALTOR® is completing continuing education courses on new practices and laws. Keeping in touch with everyone on both sides of a transaction is imperative. Buying or selling a home is stressful and it helps immensely when everyone is on the same page and knows what is going on at all times. It is a rare thing when you know the person working for you has YOUR best interests in mind because you truly trust them. Knowledge, communication and trust; these things make a world of difference when you are making one of the biggest investments of your life. I grew up in the Amherst/Pelham area and have lived here almost my entire life, the three years I lived in NYC being the exception. During that time, I spent my days exploring the city, taking improv comedy classes, and doing a little bit of acting. My friends and I started our own improv team and performed and hosted dozens of shows in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Though I loved the city, I never felt at home like I do here, in Western Massachusetts. I missed the feeling this area can give you. I wanted to walk Amethyst Brook, hike Mt. Sugarloaf and visit the Quabbin. I also missed my family, almost all of whom have been in the area their entire lives. So, I moved back to the nature, town and people that I love. I will help you find your home and comfortable living situation in these beautiful and unique towns, plus I’ll listen to your individual needs and wants using my extensive knowledge of the area to assist you. I look forward to working with you and guiding you through the process of selling your home, and/or buying a new one.
