Virtual showings can be hard but Heather was quick to let us know about smells, lighting, and other "feeling" aspects that video calls can't convey. She often paused the call to record and send us a video of areas where reception was poor (basements). In talking to other folks after our move we have found out that there were several things that Heather did for us to make the transition smooth that they did not get from their agents. One example is that Heather sent us an email about two weeks before closing that detailed the utilities to be set up and a timeline (including options when available).
