With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I made the exciting transition in 2018 to lead a dynamic team of agents at William Raveis. As a lifelong resident of the area and a proud graduate of Scarsdale High School, I have a deep, personal connection to Westchester County and understand the privilege of calling this community home. My greatest satisfaction comes from watching my agents thrive. By providing hands-on leadership, personalized mentoring, and strategic coaching, I guide my team in crafting tailored business plans that help them achieve both their personal and financial goals.

Together with our full time in-office Marketing Coordinator, I work as part of a team supporting our agents and clients in every transaction. We provide in-office marketing support. From strategy and client service to digital design, advertising, and social media, we provide a dedicated resource to maximize the profile and the value of our clients' homes and while helping our sales associates grow their business. The key to building a successful team is providing our sales associates with better marketing, better tech, better tools, and better teamwork, which combine for a smoother sale. It is an approach I wholeheartedly embrace.
