Rich has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate since he purchased his first investment property nearly 20 years ago. Since that time, he has developed and built many homes on the South Shore and has vast knowledge of land use, zoning, and permitting. Over the last five years, Rich has focused on Sales and Marketing of Real Estate around the South Shore. Clients have appreciated Rich’s knowledge of building and construction and have enjoy working with his detailed approach and open communication. All of Rich’s clients have truly felt they were working together towards the same goal. Richard has lived in Marshfield, MA for over 19 years, with his wife Lori and three children Max, Jake, and Mackenzie.
