Heather began her real estate career on the Connecticut shoreline in 2011 and has spent the past 15 years building a reputation for trusted guidance, strategic marketing, and strong negotiation. She holds a Brokers License and the prestigious CRS designation and has consistently been recognized for both sales achievement and community service. Heather is also the co-founder of PB to the Rescue, a charity supporting women and children in crisis, and has developed a nationwide referral network of trusted real estate professionals to support clients wherever life may take them.

Darielis Gracia is an integral part of the Dacey Coastal Properties Team, bringing extensive real estate knowledge, strong client advocacy, and a passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the process with confidence. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is especially valued for her ability to guide and support Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and empowered throughout their real estate journey. With experience spanning residential sales, investment properties, new construction, and design, Darielis offers clients both practical expertise and creative vision when evaluating a homes full potential. Her dedication to community involvement was recently recognized through her appointment to the Fair Rent Commission by the East Haven Town Council, further reflecting her commitment to housing advocacy and serving the local community.

Madison Nye brings energy, organization, and a client-first mindset to the team. Known for her strong communication skills and attention to detail, Madison helps ensure that every transaction and client interaction runs smoothly from start to finish.
