She holds a Brokers License and the prestigious CRS designation and has consistently been recognized for both sales achievement and community service. Heather is also the co-founder of PB to the Rescue, a charity supporting women and children in crisis, and has developed a nationwide referral network of trusted real estate professionals to support clients wherever life may take them.
Darielis Gracia is an integral part of the Dacey Coastal Properties Team, bringing extensive real estate knowledge, strong client advocacy, and a passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the process with confidence. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is especially valued for her ability to guide and support Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and empowered throughout their real estate journey.
