As a long time resident of Chatham and a licensed Realtor on Cape Cod for more than 16 years. I know and love Cape Cod. I bring a practical expertise to my real estate clients from my previous 27 year career as an electrician and in culinary hospitality management. I am committed to giving 110% to ensure that my homeowner or buyer clients have the most worry-free experience possible. I grew up in the Worcester area and vacationed on Cape Cod for many years. I felt right at home on the Cape and am grateful to have made this my permanent home. I enjoy sports and movies, but most of all I love to spend time with Caroline, my wife of almost 30 years. We have four children, and 3 granddaughters Olive, Gabriella and Sophia. Two of them twins which we have been blessed to raise since they were 5 months old.

Experience

I've been listing and selling real estate for over 15 years. I began as a partner to my father Jim Austin who was a Realtor for almost 30 years. He has since retired and passed on his many years of knowledge to me. My experience started with American Heritage Realty, then 6 years with Sothebys International Realty where I was a top producer from 2017-2020 and now I am with William Raveis RE.
