Kevin helped us sell our vacation condo and we were very impressed. He fought to get us every dollar and went way above and beyond what a typical agent would do. We weren't local and he was able to handle everything for us. He organized the clean out, and recommended and coordinated the electrician, etc. He even personally fixed our stove for no cost. This process would have been much more difficult with out Kevin, and I can't recommend him enough."

This gives me the opportunity to tell you how pleased we were with Kevin Austin's ability to bring this sale to its conclusion. I don't have very much experience dealing with real estate agents, but my wife and I really believe that Kevin went way beyond the normal sales relationship between buyer and seller. Let me explain. Serious interest in the sale of the house came at a time when the Cape was having major snow storms and I was knee deep in making arrangements to move our business in New York to a new location. So travel to the Cape was not possible. Kevin could not have been more helpful in helping me negotiate the sale price of the house on the telephone, arranging for an attorney, setting up the engineering requirements for the Title 5 septic requirements and so on. The bottom line is , he took the pressure off us so that we could concentrate on moving our business. We are enormously grateful to him for this."
