She recommended a number of renovations and repairs to improve its appearance and functionality and provided contact information for a number of excellent trades people. Her design and decorating experience enabled her to recommend very reasonable enhancements for staging the house, including changing wall colors in some of the house and opening up some rooms without the need to swap out any of the furnishings.
