Bio

As a proud member of the William Raveis team, I’m thrilled to be partnering with experienced agent Heather Ferrari to support home buyers, sellers, and investors throughout their real estate journeys. In my role as her operations manager and licensed Realtor®, I work closely behind the scenes to ensure every transaction runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the care our clients deserve. Originally from Colorado and raised in New Hampshire, I fell in love with the Pioneer Valley while attending UMass Amherst, where I earned my degree in education. After more than a decade in Florida, my family and I are excited to be back in Amherst, where the sense of community feels like home. My background in education and management—along with a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Learning Technology—has shaped my approach: thoughtful, organized, and client-centered. Whether I’m managing details or walking clients through next steps, my goal is always to create a seamless experience. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking local trails, cheering on my teenage sons at their sporting events, volunteering in the schools, or walking our two beloved greyhounds around town.
