Toby started her career in her own business working for investors on cluster homes and condominium developments in Fairfield, New Haven Shoreline and Hartford Counties. Her marketing expertise includes buying land, developing the concept, designing advertising and creating the models for developers and/or investors. Toby successfully completed a design program at New York School of Interior Design. Her passion for floral design has also given her many opportunities to work in this field. Toby has found this invaluable and helpful for her clients when giving them advice on staging their homes and marketing them for sale. Over 30 years in the business, Toby has worked representing all types of clients whether it be first time home buyers or marketing homes on a luxury scale in Fairfield County, focusing on Fairfield, Westport, Easton and Weston. She lives in Fairfield with her husband Greg, owner of Property Consultants real estate and appraisal firm in Fairfield.
