Originally from outside of Boston, Tim has spent summers living and working on Cape Cod for his entire life. After living in Boston for over 10 years he finally made the decision to settle in Wellfleet where he is a year-round resident. With a background in Architectural Design and History, he has worked on a number of renovation projects on the Outer-Cape, including his own cottage in Wellfleet. Tim's love for the local area and his design experience are invaluable for helping clients decide on the right property, or for that extra touch when listing your home for sale.
When not working, you will find Tim on one of area's many hiking trails, reading a book on one of the National Seashore beaches, or just off exploring the area.
