Experience

Both Lynda and Patti started their careers in real estate with Kinlin Grover Compass in Osterville and after many award winning years decided they needed a change. They now works for William Raveis and expects that the company will allow them to use their combination of interpersonal interaction, goal setting, customer service, and negotiations to helping people in a very personally time of need to assist in transitioning to their perfect living environment.

Personal

Both Lynda and Patti are a team of sisters working together to help people buy and sell their Cape Cod dream homes.Lynda has lived on Cape Cod for over 40 years and knows all of Cape Cod like the back of her hand. Lynda taught school for special needs students in Barnstable for many years, she started out as a parent helper in the classroom, till they asked ?when was she going to start working there because she was there so often." She finished her bachelor's degree in special needs and taught school for over 20 years, throughout the Cape and Fall River. After teaching she decided she would share her vast knowledge of the Cape and all she knew about the area through real estate. Patti has lived on Cape Cod in Barnstable County for nearly four decades. During her time here, through various places of employment, such as Cape Cod Hospital, Cape Air and Cape Cod Railroad, she has been able to create a vast network of friends and resources. With her love and knowledge of the Cape and her personal satisfaction to help others, being a realtor is the perfect recipe for our success!

Areas Covered

The team covers from one end of the Cape to the other! She has sold houses from Falmouth to Welfleet, but is willing to go to where ever her clients want her to go!! Being that she has lived on the Cape for over forty years, she knows the best hide-a-ways around!

Community Involvement

Both Lynda and Patti have belonged to the St. Josephs foundation on the Cape and helps to feed the homeless every month. Their mother started to do this with St. Josephs many years ago and both sisters have taken on the family tradition.
