A Personal Perspective

In 2012, my own home near the beach was severely impacted by Hurricane Sandy. Like many residents along the coast, I faced the difficult decision to rebuild. In 2014, I completed construction on a new elevated home, gaining first-hand experience with FEMA regulations, local building codes, flood insurance, and resilient coastal construction.

Today, I continue to live and work in the Fairfield Beach Area, enjoying all that our shoreline community has to offer, close to the beaches, town, and train. It's this personal connection that drives my passion for helping others find not just a house, but a true sense of home.
