I joined William Raveis because of its well established reputation in the industry as well as providing access to an international real estate platform. My focus is to leverage international clients that wish to buy / invest into specific market areas like Scarsdale and Edgemont. I found out very quickly that in order to survive, one must be very industrious and create deals, not just wait on traditional platforms. Buyers and sellers can be developed not just discovered. This is where it is imperative to work with savvy brokers and professionals that understand the ever changing market conditions. These areas are very competitive and an in truth, we get one shot to get it right. That said, team work is everything and this is why I joined William Raveis.
