As an 8th-generation Berkshire local, Sarah brings deep roots, lifelong connections, and an unmatched understanding of Berkshire County. Having lived and worked throughout the region, she offers clients a true insiders perspective that simply can't be replicated. In 2016, Sarah purchased her grandparents home in Housatonic, where she still lives today - now raising her son as the 5th generation in the family home. It's incredibly special to her to continue this legacy! When Sarah is not working with clients, she's enjoying everything that makes the Berkshires a unique and wonderful place to live: -Boating and swimming on Lake Buel -Listening to live music at The Lion's Den and Tanglewood -Hiking local trails and picnicking with her family -Walking her dog along the Housatonic Rail Trail and connecting with neighbors. By living this lifestyle every day, she helps her clients not just find a home but fully embrace what it means to live in the Berkshires. Something you might not know about her: She loves using power tools, and is handy with home repairs and renovations.

Experience

After a successful career in the fashion industry in Boston, Sarah transitioned into real estate in 2016, joining Berkshire Rental Properties, where she continues to work today. She specializes in Berkshire County real estate, including vacation homes, second homes, and income-producing rental properties in Great Barrington, Lenox and surrounding Berkshires towns. In 2017, Sarah joined the Lance Vermeulen Real Estate team, now partnered with William Raveis Real Estate. Since then, she has achieved over $15M in sales (and growing), representing both buyers and sellers. Her success is built on strong relationships, a dedicated work ethic, and a genuinely positive, client-focused approach. Whether working with first-time buyers, investors, or those relocating to the Berkshires, Sarah leverages her in-depth local knowledge to guide clients seamlessly through every step of the process.
