Imagine living in one of the most beautiful areas in the state, now let me help. I live in Trumbull with my son who is a third grader at Middlebrook grade school. I know the neighboring towns and have helped people buy and sell homes there. My expertise is in Energy-efficiency with a love of Eco-friendly homes. So that I could better serve my clients in 2015 I received from The National Association of Realtors the coveted Green Designation. I continued my studies later with The U.S. Green Building Council and in 2016 was awarded the GPRO Certificate in Fundamentals of Building Green and Operations & Maintenance Essentials I am able to get the most for your Eco- Friendly homes because I know how to market them. In short when a homes is Eco-Friendly, it can be described in more words than just "Green". I graduated from the Guilford High School in 1985, received my BA in International Marketing from George Washington University in Washington, DC and my MBA from Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium. My career has included extensive work in the internet marketing industry in New York City, Warsaw, Prague and Manchester, England. In 2011, I returned to Connecticut to be closer to my family and life-long friends. My interest in real estate combined with my experience in marketing and the internet makes me a consummate Realtor. Whether looking for your first home or looking to downsize, whether thinking of a condo or a waterfront getaway, I am ready to share my knowledge of real estate with you and to make sure your experience is seamless and beyond your expectations.

I am very active in several environmental associations such as U.S. Green Building Council and the the Green Resource Council; both dealing with the importance of sustainable buildings and homes. I was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential. NAR’s Green Designation was developed in response to growing consumer awareness of the benefits of resource-efficient homes and buildings. The designation helps consumers who care about energy efficiency and sustainable building practices identify REALTORS® who can help them realize their green real estate and lifestyle goals.

I am a life long lover of learning. I am most proud of being one of 4,000 agents national with the GREEN designation. GREEN was very important for me because it is more than just saving money on your power bill or helping the environment but also making sure your home is as comfortable as possible. "Comfort" in the GREEN designation sense is about having a tight home with no drafts, manageable temperatures both hot and cold, clean air, void of dust and mold ensuring a healthier family.
