Richard brings forty plus years of experience both in the Northeast and southeast Florida to William Raveis. His wealth of market knowledge coupled with his success makes him a standout in the brokerage community. Thoughtful, caring and dedicated to servicing each client as dear old friends. He is deeply committed to educating each and every client, whether buyer or seller, to market conditions and trends as they become partners in their real estate adventure. Born and raised in Connecticut, Richard opened his own agency in Boston in 1986 specializing in the conversion of industrial and commercial properties in residential loft space. His transition to the Southeastern Florida market several years ago was made easier by a constant flow of friends and acquaintances who were exploring Florida living as a warm alternative to the east coast winters. A graduate of Vassar College and Northwestern University, he is licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida. Languages available Arabic, English and French. Richard is our generational broker. He sold us our first home as a married couple, more than willing to work with us within a very limited budget. Since we have listed and purchased properties 5 times with him. All 4 of our children and our eldest grandchild have done the same. He made our move to Palm Breach seamless as he has a very keen understanding of his clients needs.
