Hello I am Peg Serapilia and I am a Broker Associate with William Raveis. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1985, in Connecticut. I now hold my Real Estate license in Florida, since 2019. I work out of the William Raveis Delray office, but still have strong ties and business in Old Saybrook CT. Being a dual agent is easy when you have a great back up team. In Connecticut I work with both my daughters Jodi Siefken and Jaime Dasilva. Both of my daughters are licensed in Connecticut and we have been working together for 15 plus years. A lot of experience and personality among us. We are a truly dedicated group, because we love what we do and love helping our clients find their new homes.

Awe Florida, this place is PARADISE! I can tell you from my own personal experience I wish I came here sooner. But like they say, better late then never. Lots of things are different here but the one thing I learned is people just want to be happy and that is everywhere.
