'Bringing Heart to the Art of Real Estate' Paul loves what he does and shares his excitement, energy and knowledge with everyone he works with. An award-winning broker with over 30 years of real estate experience, Paul owned a highly successful real estate firm in San Francisco prior to his move to Westchester where he recently managed two real estate offices for Douglas Elliman. Paul's first love however, is working directly with clients - either buying or selling homes. His greatest reward is helping clients obtain the results they are looking for while looking out for their best interests every step of the way. Paul attributes his success to his enthusiasm for the properties he sells as well as his genuine concern for meeting his clients' needs. He firmly believes he provides exceptional service to his clients, helping them through what can be a difficult and stressful process with integrity and a little grace. A good listener and problem solver, Paul excels at negotiating the many obstacles that arise in a real estate transaction with solutions that are both fair and often creative. Paul's strong local expertise, coupled with his broad perspective garnered from his many years of experience in diverse markets, benefits everyone he works with. A California native, Paul grew up in Marin County, and lived in San Francisco prior to his move to Westchester. A recent cancer survivor, Paul tries to live life to the fullest. He actively volunteers through his church assuming leadership roles; and loves endurance athletics: marathons, double century rides, and triathlons. Widowed in 2009, Paul has been happily re-married since 2015.
