Paul Bernardi joined William Raveis with over 12 years of real estate experience in the Cape Cod market place. He has provided excellent service to hundreds of clients and customers acquiring extensive expertise representing both Buyer's and Seller's in the purchase or sale of their primary, vacation or investment property. Paul is also very knowledgeable in bank-owned and short-sale properties; successfully negotiating many transactions during his career. Of his personal commitment to his clients Paul says "Regular communication is critical to a successful real estate transaction, whether keeping my Sellers informed on the progress of a sale or addressing my Buyers questions and concerns." Formerly an Engineering Manager, Paul has worked for nationally recognized corporations such as EMC Corporation, NEC Computers, BULL Worldwide Information Systems and Honeywell Information Systems. Utilizing over 30 years' experience in customer support, Paul brings insight and integrity to his Real Estate practice. Paul is also a Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Navy. He lives in East Sandwich with his wife Louise where they are raising their two daughters.
