Nikki opened her 1st office, Orleans Real Estate, in 1980. She has participated in more waterfront sales than any other Orleans Broker/Realtor from then to date. She has truly earned the title of the "SALTWATER SPECIALIST". She has also been involved in brokering the sale of major waterfront properties, including the McClennen parcel consisting of almost 1000 feet of water frontage with a pier on Big Pleasant Bay, & 6 lots with dwellings in the towns of Orleans, Brewster & Harwich. Part of this wonderful property is now Pleasant Bay Community Boating. Not only does Nikki have an expert eye for interior design, but she has also overseen the design & construction of several of the waterfront subdivisions in Orleans, including the 31 Acre Critchett Estate on the Mill Pond, which she named Ocean Harbor. She subdivided it, put in the dock & tennis court, put in the view easements, named all the roads, & designed many spec houses! Sellers appreciate her design expertise & advice in staging their property to achieve the best possible price. Her design experience also proves very helpful to Buyers who quickly learn that they can rely upon Nikki to understand precisely what they are looking for in a Cape home. Nikki sold her Orleans Real Estate office in 2000 to the predecessor of William Raveis Real Estate in Orleans. She is the "go-to" Broker for high-end water properties. Nikki's family has owned property in Orleans for over 50 years, & she & her family live in a house she designed & constructed in 2005 on Mayflower Point!
