Bio

Serving the Suncoast area from Tampa Bay all the way to Siesta Key, Nicole Logsdon was first introduced to real estate as a child. Accompanying her mother to show houses, she saw firsthand how a realtor could strategically carry a deal - from well-planned offer to happy closing - for her clients. After working seven years for a General Contractor, Nicole moved on to real estate. Partnering with William Raveis Real Estate, Nicole supplies an unbridled passion for helping people with every real estate transaction she touches. Nicole has called the Tampa Bay area home for the last ten years, witnessing its growth and market trends. She uses insider knowledge of listings, unique market expertise, and personal connections with fellow professionals to advise her clients on maximizing returns. Nicole will always go the extra mile: From connecting first-time buyers to their ideal home, to helping families find a house where they'll make lifelong memories. Nicole doesn't just sell houses; she builds relationships.

Experience

Nicole started her real estate career in 2017 with Berkshire Hathaway in Tampa. Wanting to hone her skills with buyers she worked as a buyers agent with Keller Williams in Tampa before teaming up with her her mother at Key Solutions, now William Raveis Real Estate.

Personal

Away from real estate, Nicole is a mother to a biological son, adopted daughter, and two foster children she hopes to adopt as well. She is an avid animal lover and sports enthusiast. She loves spending her free time cooking, fishing, and traveling.

Community Involvement

Nicole has a heart for Children. She feels there are so many children without loving homes, and has spent the last 5 years involved with the Hillsborough Foster Care System. She has welcomed 3 foster children into her home, has adopted one of those and is in the process of adopting the other 2 who are anxious to have their forever home.
