"I had worked with Joan and Nich when they were associated with another company, and where they each stood out due to their integrity as well as their unique senses of both aesthetic and interpersonal style. I had spent every summer of my life in Mattituck, I wanted to find a rental property for the following summer. Money was an issue to us at the time, but Nich didn't make it one. In every conversation he silently conveyed that he was honored to be helping me, and you know, you can't put a price tag on that. My work has landed me in Prague for the past few summers, and will again this year. But I know that when we are ready to buy or rent in Mattituck again, I wouldn't dream of working with anyone other than Joan and Nich to find our perfect place."

When I was going to sell my Mom's SOUTHOLD home, the best thing that happened to me was meeting NICHOLAS PLANAMENTO. God sent me to the Mattituck office the first week of May while a large motivational meeting was going on. Nich couldn't have been nicer to me. I felt I was in good hands from the moment I met him. He was recommended to me by my lawyer's secretary. Nich recommended a 'stager' to me, who made suggestions and a few changes for a minimal amount of money that changed even the way I viewed this home! After the changes were made, Nich held an open house for realtors that was very well received, and an OPEN HOUSE Memorial Day Weekend!! The 6th couple who came made an OFFER, and we were on our way to a CONTRACT & CLOSING with myself and the new couple each having one month of summer to enjoy!! From early May to the end of JULY, what a quick sale because of all the work that Nich put in! I couldn't have been happier.
