About Nancy Cardone

Experience

Nancy Cardone has been a Florida licensee for over 30 years. With a broad spectrum of knowledge, she has extensive sales experience and years of community involvement. After working with her Seller and Buyer clients for many years, in 2002 Nancy focused on development sales, serving as the Executive Director of the New Homes & Communities Division of Illustrated Properties Real Estate. In 2011, with the decline of development sales, Nancy pivoted to supervise several on-site golf club community real estate offices operated by Illustrated Properties as well as their Internet Response Team. In 2014 Ms. Cardone was asked to join Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Realty, where she served as the Managing Broker of their Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens offices. Having relocated to Florida in 1984 from New Canaan, Connecticut, Nancy was familiar with the William Raveis Real Estate brand and was pleased to join the firm in 2019 with their expansion into Palm Beach County. William Raveis Real Estate has long held a reputation for superior marketing in luxury brokerage, leading to the highly coveted Top Luxury Brokerage awarded by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Nancy holds high regard for a family-owned firm whose owners understand and respect the industry, the agents, and their dedicated staff. As a prominent member of the real estate community, Nancy has been asked to bring her expertise to community boards, task forces and committees including Palm Beach County's Zoning Board of Adjustments, Palm Beach County's Commercial Needs Assessment Task Force, and Palm Beach County School District's Area Boundary Committee. Nancy was President of the JTHS Association of Realtors in 2001 and Chairman of the Board of the JTJB Chamber of Commerce in 2005-2006. She has served as Chairman for numerous committees of the Florida Realtor Association and was a 2020 Chairman for the National Association of Realtors. Because connections are the cornerstone of successful real estate transactions, Nancy is a trusted and valuable resource for our sales professionals. Nancy is also a Parliamentarian and a Guardian Ad Litem.

Nancy Cardone is the Sales Manager of the North Palm Beach office, located in Crystal Cove Commons on US Route 1, the Hobe Sound office, located at 9095 Bridge Road in Hobe Sound, and the Jupiter Island office, located at 2 South Beach Road on Jupiter Island. The North Palm Beach office primarily serves North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Singer Island, Juno Beach, Jupiter, and Tequesta. The Hobe Sound office services the Martin County communities, including Hobe Sound, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Seawall's Point, Rio and Palm City. The Jupiter Island office serves the exclusive properties of Jupiter Island.

Professional Association

Nancy is a current Director of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Florida Realtor Association. She is also a Board of Governors' member of the JTHS Chapter of the Miami Association of Realtors.

Personal

Nancy relocated from New Canaan, Connecticut, to Florida in 1984 and has lived in Jupiter since 1989. Nancy has 3 adult children and one adorable grandson.
