Matty started his real estate career working for Continental Construction, a Naples-based luxury residential home builder and real estate investment company. Matty served as the Senior Project Manager, where he led teams in the completion of projects in Port Royal, Old Naples, The Moorings, Park Shore, Pelican Bay, and the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. Matty was instrumental in the team's success, working on ground-up development, renovations, entitlement changes, sales, and acquisitions.

With years of local experience, Matty has built strong working relationships with attorneys, appraisers, licensed contractors, insurance providers, lenders, appraisers, and surveyors to ensure each transaction moves smoothly.

Matty enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife, Claire, and their daughters, Emma, Elizabeth, and Anna.

Matty earned a bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University after graduating from Barron Collier High School in Naples.
