Matt Lane is Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Southern Region of William Raveis (WR) which currently includes the state of Florida and South Carolina. Matt launched WR's entry into Florida in 2016 serving as Managing Broker and head of Operations and Marketing. WR has successfully opened 18 offices in Florida including offices in Naples (7), Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Sarasota (3), Jupiter Island, Hobe Sound, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and Boca Raton. In late 2023, WR opened offices on Hilton Head Island and Bluffton South Carolina, expanding our Southern footprint and offering luxury services in many of the most desirable locations in FL and SC. Matt's career experience includes 26 years in marketing and operations, launching and managing global advertising agencies in New York City. Matt's combined experience in both the real estate industry and marketing has helped William Raveis expand their luxury real estate services connecting our FL, SC, and Northeast customers to some of the most desirable real estate in the US.
