What do agents really do; they tell you the obvious: here's the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom and so on...right? NOT!! If your agent does that, fire them and call Mary Randall. A real agent guides you through the process, points out deficiencies in the property and controls the opposing agent when necessary. I've been a Mortgage Loan Officer since 1996, so I know everything about the purchase process, right...NO, I DON'T. My wife and I just bought our Cape home; moving from New Jersey. Of course we had the "Seiler" from Hell. On the day of our walk through he told us to get the "F" off his property, he NO LONGER wanted to sell. What do I do now; my Jersey home is sold, our belongings are packed waiting for the movers. All I could think of was having the "Seller" whacked (that's how Jersey guys think). Anyway, that's when Mary Randall shifted into damage control mode; she immediately gets our contingency plan into action; organizing a litigating attorney and controlling the situation. Mary kept a cool demeanor under an extremely fluid situation. To make a long story short; with Mary's expertise we did manage to close on the property as scheduled. Mary Randall is an agent's agent.
