"On a whim, I drove by a house I was interested in. It looked good on the outside, so I called the realtor listed on the sign in front of the house. After a few rings, Marty Devane answered. I explained that I was standing out in front of one of the houses he had listed and I wanted to get inside  for a closer look. Less than half an hour later he was giving me a tour! Long story short, I ended up buying the house. Throughout the whole process, I found Marty Devane to be very straightforward, honest and accommodating. He answered all my calls, emails and texts in a timely manner. He helped guide me through the whole process from start to finish. He was even extremely accommodating to the home inspector and appraiser. Lastly, after the sale, he followed up with me a few times to see how I was doing in my new home. Friendly, experienced, frank and accommodating are the words I would use to describe Marty!
