About Marsha Arpin

Bio

I was born and raised in West Hartford, attending Morley Elementary, Plant Jr High, and Hall High. After graduating from the University of Hartford with a degree in Health Administration, I discovered my true passion in real estate. I started my real estate career with Wm Raveis Real Estate in West Hartford in 1986, spending ten years there before joining Berkshire Hathaway in Simsbury and later West Hartford. My 38-year career has been marked by numerous achievements, including the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors’ “Champagne Award” for selling five homes in one month during my first six months, Bill Raveis's “Relocation Agent of the Year” award in 1989, and yearly “President’s Club” or “Leading Edge” awards for production. Three years ago, I took on the role of Office Leader for Berkshire Hathaway in Windsor, a position that was both gratifying and challenging. However, my true passion lies in sales, and I am thrilled to announce my return to this aspect of the real estate industry. I am excited to be back with the best company in the industry, reflecting on my most enjoyable years as a Raveis agent.
