Mark Zweifler is not the typical Realtor. Mark received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University and his law degree from New York University School of Law and was formerly a Managing Director at Bear Stearns in its real estate and mortgage finance department. After moving to the West Hartford area of Connecticut in 2001 for real estate development opportunities, Mark obtained his real estate broker license and formed a boutique real estate brokerage firm and several real estate development and construction companies. He has been involved in the land entitlement process, the installation of roads and utilities, and the construction and sale of hundreds of residential housing units throughout Connecticut. The homes he has built and sold range across a broad spectrum of housing types and include multi-family condos and townhomes (both entry-level and luxury), moderately sized single-family homes and higher priced luxury single-family homes. Mark's diverse background has been instrumental in equipping him with the broad real estate knowledge and sharpened negotiating skills that sets him apart and give his clients a decisive edge. His real estate brokerage firm, Terra Realty, was in existence for over 17 years supporting his new construction businesses. More recently he expanded that firm to include representation of outside clients buying and selling properties. Although growing the firm organically, Mark recognized that an affiliation with a highly reputable real estate firm offering excellent marketing support and impressive market penetration, would strengthen his realty business and help take it to the next level. Mark was very excited to bring his firm under the William Raveis umbrella in November of 2020.
