I am writing to express my thanks and gratitude to the Raveis team who made our dream home possible in Woodbury. I am sure you all recall this was a short sale and that we are first time homebuyers, which no doubt added to the difficulty in getting the deal done. It was, I think, through the perseverance, patience, and desire to succeed of all involved that this business came to a successful conclusion. I think we closed because Magda Ballaro diligently kept the transaction on course. I cannot thank Magda enough. Magda was a pleasure to work with, she was available all hours and gave us the confidence to move forward.....The support we received from Laurie Berger (Raveis mortgage), Michelle Evans, and Christopher Alvord (Raveis insurance) made getting the necessary funding and insurance very easy and took their time and they came through us.
