A licensed real estate salesperson in the Hamptons since 1999, Lori Malachowsky blends her savvy knowledge of the Hamptons with her ability to understand and translate customer needs, wants, and desires into the perfect summer rental or second home. Lori understands that data translates into dollars and excels at assessing current real estate market conditions, comparing property values, and closing deals. Unlike other agents who simply show up for a closing, Lori is a very hands-on real estate agent who understands the value of excellent customer services and handles everything from beach passes to deep water docking slips for her buyers, sellers, and renters. By carefully listening to what her customers and clients want, identifying market trends, and pulling all the pieces together, Lori turns dreams into reality. Like many of her clients, Lori resides both on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and in the Hamptons. She is an enthusiastic member of The Greater Westhampton Beach Chamber of Commerce and participates in the Eastern Long Island Business Exchange making her the "go-to" expert of all things networking and social. Recently Lori received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from SUNY Empire. Lori lives with her son, Robert, and miniature dachshund, Sparky, in their picture perfect shingled beach house in Westhampton Beach.
