I grew up in Needham, and currently live in Brookline, working out of both offices and serving most nearby communities. I am happiest when helping others, and pride myself on being a resource for clients and friends whenever they need something home related, not just when they are buying or selling a home. I provide many kinds of information relating to the communities I work in, from real estate market overviews and analyses to information about schools, community resources, and local businesses. If my clients have needs outside of my area of expertise, I make it my business to connect them to reliable, knowledgeable professionals that can provide the services they require. I maintain connections with colleagues in multiple communities to make sure I find out about properties before they hit the market, so my buyer clients can be the first through the door. For seller clients, I stay on point with the latest technology and use only the highest quality photography and design to make sure that I get their property in front of as many prospective buyers as possible - and that it makes a powerful first impression. I negotiate on their behalf to net them the most profit from the sale, and to allow for a smooth transaction. I anticipate and intercept issues before they become problems.
