At 25, she organized, oversaw, and coordinated the installation of all infrastructures (sewer, water, roads) required to get local town approval for her development. Within 18 months, she successfully developed and sold out the entire community. What started as a hobby turned into a lifelong profession. Before venturing into a full-time real estate career, Kyle worked in her family's travel agency. It became one of the largest in Upstate New York. Focused on corporate accounts, she became "the deal maker," overseeing accounts that spent $100,000 to over $2 million in travel. The art of doing business was always second nature to Kyle.
