Personal

Kim has always lived in the beautiful NW corner of CT... growing up in the quaint community of Canton/Collinsville. Upon getting married she and her husband Kevin purchased and lived in multi-families in Torrington where she perfected her landlording and remodeling skills. After building her own custom home, Kim currently resides in New Hartford with her husband, 2 daughters and a very spoiled Viszla named Riggins. Kim loves to travel, especially to mid-coast Maine, Italy and the Caribbean.

Experience

Kim became a CT Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 1997 and went on to earn her Broker's License in 2004. Kim also was a landlord for 35 years in the Torrington area and recently sold her last investment property in 2021.
