Kim Pemberton is a seasoned real estate professional with over five decades of experience. Licensed since 1974, he has held real estate licenses in Indiana, Colorado, and Florida, building a strong foundation of industry knowledge, client trust, and regional market expertise. His long-standing commitment to real estate is marked by a reputation for integrity, service, and a passion for helping clients find the right property—whether they’re buying their first home, investing, or relocating. Kim graduated from Indiana University, attending from 1969 to 1974 on a basketball scholarship. He proudly played under legendary coach Bob Knight, an experience that instilled discipline, teamwork, and a competitive spirit that continues to drive his success today. In addition to his real estate career, Kim has had a diverse and successful background in the automotive industry, with key roles in both sales and finance on a national and international level. Highlights of his automotive experience include: * Profiles in Achievement Award from BMW of North America, recognizing the top 10% of sales agents nationwide * Vice President, Premier Financial Services, Southbury, Connecticut * East Coast Sales Representative, Putnam Leasing, Greenwich, Connecticut, specializing in exotic and vintage car financing * Director of International Sales, Lexani Motorcars, Corona, California, specializing in luxury and armored vehicles A longtime resident of Naples, Kim is also well known in the local car enthusiast community. He founded the Naples Ferrari Club, which became the largest independent local Ferrari Club in the U.S., and founded Cars on Fifth alongside Steve Cantera—now the largest one-day car show in Florida, featuring over 500 vehicles. Kim is happily married to his wife, Chante. They have one son, Colton, 24 years old, and are longtime lovers of golden retrievers.
