A Realtor since 2003, I pride myself on providing the highest level of customer service possible, then continue to provide help and resources after my clients have bought or sold a home. I’m not just interested in helping my clients buy or sell “a” home, but I want to be a confidant towards all of their home owner/real estate needs for life. My goal is simple, treat each customer like absolute gold! Show them that their needs are my only concern and always provide them with the most detailed information that allows them to make sound real estate decisions. I grew up in real estate being the son a tremendously strong, female business owner and top-notch performer in the customer service world. It’s these early lessons that showed me just how much care is needed when helping people buy or sell a home. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: - Helping sellers stage their homes to get the most value possible. - Helping buyers understand what the positives and negatives are to each home. - Negotiating contracts to the interests of my clients. - Making the entire sale process as smooth as possible.
