If you're looking for an agent who is going to put your interests first and tirelessly help you find what you're looking for, you want to work with Kevin Eosco. To say the current market on Cape Cod is a seller's market is like saying the Grand Canyon is a bit of a hole in the ground. There are many buyers out there that were in a much better position than my wife and me, and we were outbid several times, so it would have been easy to lose interest in us and focus on other clients, but Kevin stuck with us. Our other disadvantage was that we were remote, but Kevin was always willing to provide us with a virtual tour of each property and be our "eyes on the ground". His background as a builder was also most helpful in evaluating what amount of makeover we might be getting ourselves into. He was excellent at listening to our interests, and if he would suggest a property that we didn't find to be a good fit and we explained why, another property like that would not come up as a suggestion. We ultimately chose a land-only purchase, and Kevin coordinated the engineering service to assess that the property was suitable for building. When a minor unexpected condition was discovered on the property, Kevin helped us negotiate a fair adjustment in the purchase price.
