"The move for us came as a sudden shock and was unplanned but Kerida made everything look so easy and smooth. She found the perfect house for our family of 4. Kerida values the time of an individual. "Is there such a thing as a 10 Star Review? Well, when it comes to Kerida Black I believe there is. Kerida is the epitome of a great Real Estate Agent; to say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. I was recently looking for an apartment in the state of Connecticut, I planned to relocate from New York. I saw a few apartment listings online via zillow.com and trulia.com. During the online search I reached out to a few real estate agents to which only five responded. However, when the specific apartment unit was not available or wasn't a good fit for me the agents never reached back out to me. Kerida was the ONLY agent that showed interest in helping me find an apartment in a state that I knew nothing about. When I made the drive up from New York Kerida had a number of apartments for me to view. She understood exactly what I was looking for. In less than two weeks I had an apartment with all the amenities I required and then some. But wait, her job wasn't done yet. Before my lease signing, she went ahead and did my water application for my apartment (this was due at the lease signing and I was overwhelmed and occupied with other duties). She took one less thing off my plate, and I was very much appreciative. After signing my lease I went on my way - back to New York, Kerida stayed in touch, made sure I got home safely and by the next morning she had arranged for a cleaning company to clean my apartment for me. She personally went to the apartment to let the cleaning persons in and out of the apartment unit. Wait, she was not done yet! Kerida also arranged for movers to help me unload my Uhaul truck and move my things into my apartment!! I mean this lady must be an Angel or something!! The following day I made my move from NY to CT, the movers did a great job unloading the Uhaul truck. After all the packing, unpacking, and driving I was exhausted and hungry and again Kerida was there to my rescue. She took me out for dinner!! Unbelievable, and she did not come empty-handed; she brought me a housewarming gift. At this time I was almost in tears. Ladies and Gentlemen, whoever is reading this review if your real estate agent does not go above and beyond like this you are missing out!!!
