I take a very hands-on approach to real estate, and I'm involved in every detail from start to finish. When I list a home, I'm involved in everything. I help coordinate the details that most do not see - electricians, painters, clean-outs, staging, landscaping, whatever it takes to get the property ready and positioned at its best. My goal is simple: remove the stress from my clients and make sure nothing is overlooked.

With over 15 years of experience, I bring a strong sense of how to price, position, and market a home so it stands out in today's market. I am thoughtful about the details, direct in my advice, and fully invested in the outcome.

I live in Lexington with my two teenagers and am part of the community-not just professionally, but in everyday life. You'll find me volunteering at senior bingo, on the sidelines at local games, or staying closely connected to the local real estate market.
