Kathleen Beckmann, a resident in Montauk since 1983 and a licensed real estate broker for over three decades, is widely regarded as one of the Hamptons top real estate brokers. It is Kathleen’s deep knowledge of Montauk and its real estate market that has resulted in the successful negotiation of hundreds of contracts, and, produced a broad network of real estate clients and referrals across the Hamptons. Kathleen prides herself in knowing every inch of Montauk and every transfer of property since she began her career in Real Estate in 1984. Kathleen is fully vested in giving back to the wonderful place she calls home and to her Montauk community. Kathleen is a St. Therese Church Eucharistic Minister, sits on the board of the Montauk Playhouse Community Foundation, and volunteers at the Montauk Food Pantry, Helping Hands, and Maureen’s Haven. She also cherishes her time with her four children, four grandchildren, and granddogs, Doll and Pono.
