Katharine Waggoner is as multi-faceted as the Pioneer Valley, where she was raised and educated. She is personable, vivacious, efficient, and effective. Katharine brings a discerning eye, a love of design, and a solid work ethic to bear for every client. She genuinely loves being immersed in the world of real estate, architecture & interior design. Katharine takes great delight in, and a hands-on approach to, staging, marketing & selling properties ready for their next chapter. She also loves supporting clients on their journey to the joy and legacy of homeownership, and works often with folks relocating to Western MA from out of state. Katharine can also be found cheering on the Amherst, MA youth soccer sidelines, driving in circles to The Center Dance, and engaging in volunteer opportunities in the thriving and diverse community where she lives with her three children.
