"Julie was an absolute pleasure to work with, and more importantly, an absolute godsend. We had sold our house in Milton MA, which was the easy part; the 2021 market is a sellers? paradise. However, that market is a double-edged sword if you are both buying and selling. We had been using a different buying agent who was simply ineffective at a time where you had to be super-aggressive just to get a response from a seller. As we were staring down the barrel of having to commit to a year-long rental, we decided to change agents, and thank god we did. Within an hour of connecting with Julie she was emailing us about steps she was taking on our behalf, things that seemed to never occur to our previous agent. She was dogged and determined, and although we were outbid on multiple occasions (and we were offering cash at well over asking in most cases), we finally managed to land a dream home. Buying a home is very often a stressful and anxiety-inducing situation, and on another level entirely in 2021, but Julie guided us through some very difficult times, always encouraging and optimistic even when it felt like things would never work out for us.

She was in constant communication with us, responded right away to whatever ridiculous concerns we had, worked very hard on our behalf, and most importantly she got the job done. I have to say in my limited time dealing with the Rhode Island real estate community I have encountered many people that quite simply I did not trust. I don?t know if my experience is indicative of the entire profession in this state, but I will say that Julie has earned my complete trust, confidence and gratitude. I recommend her without reservation and I doubt you could find a more friendly, hardworking, effective agent.
