Judi Desiderio, founder and owner of the former Town & Country Estate, has seen enormous change in Hamptons & North Fork real estate over her three decades as a real estate professional. "It is said 'the only thing constant is change' and that's certainly true with real estate, particularly here on the East End." To that point, Judi decided in 2025 it was time to have Town & Country grow to its next evolution - William Raveis Real Estate. Throughout her successful real estate career Judi brokered well over a thousand transactions including commercial, bulk acreage, investment properties, vacation homes, and primary dwellings. Personally, Judi has subdivided land, developed properties on speculation, and built homes. Additionally, Judi sold and leased several of her own commercial real estate projects. This vast experience enables her to be a tremendous resource for her clientele. Her network of buyers and sellers is incomparable. Judi is pleased to admit that at this point in her career 100% of her business is either repeat or referral. Judi earned her undergraduate degree from Cortland State and her master’s degree from Adelphi University. Being a teacher by education Judi enjoyed advancing even the most seasoned broker and grooming managers and administrators to reach their full potential. Applying the skill set of a teacher to her real estate business enables Judi to take an academic approach, one found in learning all there is to learn about the business, the municipalities, the nuances of the industry and, of course, the art of the deal. Judi enjoys all aspects of East End living. While she lives in East Hampton on Gardiner’s Bay, she loves relaxing at Main Beach and boating to points on the North Fork, Block Island, Shelter Island and Montauk. Together with her husband, John, a retired New York City Fireman, she raised two boys – Drew and Jack, both of whom live close by (by design). Drew and his wife, Bethany, have three daughters: Ryann, Issy and Charlee. “My granddaughters are the star lights in my life!” declares Judi. "One thing I absolutely love about this business," says Judi, "is no two days are ever the same. It's never boring!"
