With over three decades of experience as a real estate professional in the Hamptons, Judi Desiderio, a leading executive with William Raveis Real Estate, has witnessed monumental changes in both the industry and the East End landscape. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for real estate, Judi has built a distinguished career founded on integrity, market expertise, and unwavering commitment to her clients and colleagues. Throughout her storied career, Judi has brokered thousands of transactions spanning an impressive range of property types—from commercial investments and development parcels to luxury estates and vacation homes. Her extensive hands-on experience, coupled with a far-reaching network of buyers and sellers, makes her an invaluable resource. Nearly 100% of her business is generated through repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the trust she has earned over decades. Judi has personally subdivided bulk acreage, designed and built homes from the ground up, renovated existing structures, and invested in commercial properties across the Hamptons and North Fork—demonstrating her steadfast belief in the enduring value of what she affectionately calls “East End Dirt.” Her success began with the sale of high-end homes, land, and commercial properties and expanded as she helped grow one of the region’s most respected real estate firms, overseeing multiple offices and a large team of associates. A graduate of Cortland State with a Master’s degree from Adelphi University, Judi is passionate about mentoring and empowering others in the industry to reach their full potential. Outside of real estate, she treasures East End living with her husband, John Tracy, a second-generation New York City firefighter, their two sons, Drew and Jack, and her granddaughters, Ryann and Izzy.
