John and his family have proudly called Naples home for the past 12 years, enjoying life in the beautiful community of Pelican Bay. A seasoned real estate professional with three decades of experience, John concluded his corporate career in 2024 as Senior Real Estate Director for The Hertz Corporation. During his tenure, he oversaw a national portfolio of more than 350 properties and successfully completed over 600 real estate transactions across the country. Prior to joining Hertz, John spent 20 years in Manhattan overseeing complex commercial real estate portfolio negotiations spanning more than 10 million square feet.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep connection to the Naples community, John founded Grotto Homewatch, LLC, in 2016 where he now provides trusted homewatch services for homeowners throughout Park Shore, The Moorings, Pelican Bay, Pelican Marsh, and Naples Park. His extensive real estate background, local market knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service make him a valued resource for seasonal and full-time Buyers and Sellers alike.

John and his wife, Viktoria, are proud parents of two wonderful children currently attending the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University. Outside of work, John enjoys cheering on the Miami Hurricanes, exploring Naples vibrant dining scene, taking long walks with the family's two German Schnauzers, and preparing newsletters for Grotto Homewatch clients.
