I just wanted to take a moment to share with you my experience with Joel Fanjoy. A couple of weeks ago I asked a question on FaceBook about registering my daughter's car. Joel wrote a cute comment saying something like "Ah your Raveis insurance guy can help". GULP. I have recommended Joel to my clients and have heard amazing compliments and rave reviews about him from them, but never used him myself as I have used the same agency since I was 18. So although I recommend him, I myself kept with what I thought was working for me as it always had. Well...... I learned that what has worked for me was costing me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! UGH. He quoted me the same policy as my long time insurance guy and it was hundreds less then the other quote. During a call with him he said you know me Eileen, I have been in the office for 2 years and although I offer my services, I never push myself on anyone. He offers great knowledge at the office meetings, etc. but I had no clue just how smart this guy is.
