Bio

I have always been involved with the local community. Whether it is on the local field as a sports official, working up in the press box as a member of the North Shore Navigators, or a member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, I have always enjoyed being involved in the local community. I am so excited to turn this community focus toward real estate. Over the last couple years, the real estate market has been volatile. We have seen properties with 20+ offers to properties with just a couple offers. We have seen interest rates fluctuate from 2.5% to 7.5% and everything in between. When working with a real estate agent, it is important to work with a team that understand and navigate these changes. Someone who is communicative and can negotiate to get you and your family the best deal possible. The real estate industry is changing. Gone are the days are listing in the newspaper and waiting for the weekends to see new properties. You need an agent who is not only aggressive on your behalf but also understands the marketing portion of the industry. That includes but is not limited to social media marketing, targeted advertising, and unique property searches that fits your needs. Buying or selling real estate can come at any point of life. Whether you are beginning or ending a chapter of your life, I will be glad to help you through this process.
