With New York City in our backyard, clients came from all over the world with diverse needs and situations. She streamlined every detail, from lease negotiations and sales contracts to investment properties and property management. Where she mattered most, Joanne says, was being the "link" to all the resources necessary to make this new world less confusing, and more welcoming.
